Terms and Conditions

Note: These terms provide a general basis and should be reviewed by a professional for the specific business before publication. The legally binding version is the German one.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Mandic Transport, owner Josip Mandić, Haldenring 2, 6020 Emmenbrücke (the “provider”) in the areas of moving, transport and disposal.

2. Quote and conclusion of contract

Quotes are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the provider or upon commencement of the work. The information provided by the customer at the time of the quote is decisive for price calculation.

3. Services and customer cooperation

The scope of services is defined by the quote or order confirmation. The customer ensures unhindered access to the premises and any required permits (e.g. parking permits). Additional services not included in the quote are charged according to effort.

4. Prices and payment

The agreed prices apply. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 10 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest and reminder fees may be charged.

5. Appointments

Agreed appointments are kept to the best of our ability. Delays due to force majeure, weather, traffic or other circumstances beyond the provider’s control do not give rise to any claim for damages.

6. Liability

The provider is liable for damage culpably caused during the performance of the service within the scope of statutory provisions. Damage must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery, at the latest within 7 days. The provider must be informed in advance of particularly valuable or fragile items.

7. Disposal

Disposal is carried out properly and in accordance with applicable regulations. The customer ensures that no hazardous substances or materials not legally permitted for disposal by the provider are handed over.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the provider’s registered office in Emmenbrücke.
